Scholarship Open Call ICPS: Indigenous Children Support Initiative
Indigenous Greeting! FFIG is implementing a scholarship program to support two Indigenous girl students who have been facing significant challenges
In the 3rd series of म बाट हामी, FIG hosted a reading circle where participants engaged deeply with reading materials, conversed, and shared reflections.
“आदिवासी भुमि: विकास कसको लागि?” (Indigenous Land: Development for Whom?) invited us to pause and reflect. While news of new development projects on Indigenous lands appears almost weekly, we rarely stop to consider whom these projects truly benefit. We were honored to be joined by Niranti Tumbapo, who shared her experiences in the collective Indigenous movement, grounding and inspiring all of us, especially the #AdiaasiChhori present. The session also featured an interactive presentation by Dikshya Khadgi, feminist lawyer and researcher, exploring the Right to Self-determination, development, ecocide, genocide, Indigenous Peoples, and global struggles, including Palestine. Together, we shared our stories, asked questions, and listened deeply to one another, creating a space of care, learning, and solidarity.
