Focus for Indigenous Girls (FIG), with the support of the National Indigenous Women Forum (NIWF), successfully conducted a Capacity Building Workshop for its members.
The workshop marked an important step in strengthening FIG’s organizational foundation and long-term sustainability. It focused on building members’ skills in proposal writing, project management, budgeting, fundraising, and advocacy. Through this initiative, FIG members strengthened their leadership capacity, enhanced their technical skills, and deepened their collaboration as a team — further preparing them to advocate effectively for Indigenous girls and women at local and global levels.
